I cancelled my policy after several years and was charged over my monthly fee. I was told this was due to cancelling before 40 days as my new policy had just started. I didn’t get no notification of a renewal or any documentation. It was always automatically renewed. I wouldn’t recommend using this insurance company, there are a lot of cheaper and more reliable ones out there.
