Eilish has been amazing from start to finish. I cannot recommend IMS highly enough!!! My partner and I have been going through the process of buying our first home (we were absolutely clueless at the start!!). We had an initial call with Eilish a few months ago to find out what we could potentially afford and about the process. We are now two weeks away from moving into our new home. Eilish has been calm, informative and patient throughout, she was prompt answering all of our questions (no matter how many we had) and has been a huge support to us with our mortgage and our insurance cover.
