Do not use this company !! Avoid at all costs !!

Charged us £500 cancellation fee while we have cancelled our insurance within the 14 days period !!

Be extremely careful as they have untrained staff that have no idea what they are talking about.

We have made a complain to Ombudsman and also we will take court action !

Just an honest review: be very careful when dealing with this company.

Nice and polite staff just utill you are unhappy with their service and ask for your rights.

Nearly 3 months ago we had to get a new policy for one of our drivers and due to the fact that he had a policy cancelled by an insurance company a few years back (no other issues) it was very difficult to find an insurer to cover him for a reasonable amount.
I was happy to find Insurance Revolution. They had a very high price considering all our other policies but we decided to go ahead with them as the reviews were good enough.

Unfortunately we are now in the position of cancelling the policy we have with them as the driver is no longer working with us.

I have asked for a quote for the cancellation.
They sent me the quote but this was so high that if we cancel now we loose over £1000 (£6000 full policy on installments).
Even though I had to cancel insurance policies before due to different reasons I had never had such a big loss. Not even close.
I have asked them for an explanation/breakdown for this but never got a reply.
Desperately I tried to just change the driver on the policy but they didn't offer any discount even though this driver has absolutely no issues and other insurance companies would cover him for £2500. They even increased a bit the insurance and I would just have to pay another £82 for the change to keep a policy that is really expensive.
I asked the agent to send me the quote on email but he said he can't do this due to audit reasons which is really shady.

Considering this I have insisted for a reply regarding the cancellation quote but still nothing. Even today I called again and didn't receive a reply to my email. They are closed tomorrow, who knows when I will get a reply and meanwhile I am being charged £30 per day for nothing as the driver stopped working with us 6 days ago. Very convenient for them...

So definitely I will never use Insurance Revolution again and I do not recommended to anyone else.

If i could rate i would rate 0 stars.they will cancel your insurance for no reason. i paid £800 for deposit they cancelled my insurance a week later and Said i will get full deposit but scammed me only said i will get £20.. I would avoid this company at all costs unless you wanna be scammed like me very unprofessional team. She asked how many NCB i got i said 1 year, But the lady was never being specific about how many Bussinesss NCB . They wont explain anything to you they will do what will benefit them the most…

Used them for my Uber Eat and Deliveroo Hire & Reward insurance. Both companies accepted their insurance and kept me working on the road. So far so good, hopefully I will only need them at the time of renewal only and for nothing else.

This company allegedly deals with drivers with points.
They quoted me insurance with LV for exactly double the price of buying from LV directly. On 4 different occasions.
They told me LV charge them extra ! Although when it’s double you wonder who is pocketing the difference - presumably it’s the brokers profit.
Also they will only give out quotes over the phone so if you do try them do your homework first.
Their online services are appalling. Their telephone staff do not comunicate with each other and quite often you get several different calls about the same issue from different staff on the same day.
I was disappointed. They were highly recommended by Adrian Flux but basically they are very poor value.

STAY AWAY THIEFS // DO NOT USE THIS BROKER would give them -10* if I could . After getting the quote over the phone I told the person that I got cheaper quote elsewhere
His response to that was why am I shopping around for cheaper quote .
You can tell where that going from there . Also quoted me nearly double the price what other companies charge.
Why would I pay 4k when I can pay 2k for the better company.

Scam company, do not use, unhelpful in every way, and try to blackmail for nearly £1000 even though they cancelled policy. Should be shut down and need investigating.
