“Insure with ease” BUT you won’t be able to claim. These guys are a disgrace. We insured with them over a year before a holiday and then when we had to attend a close relatives funeral, when we meant to be on holiday, they tried to use every clause possible to wriggle out of accepting the claim. It’s the classic “never going to pay” insurance company. It’s a flipping difficult time anyway without hoax companies like this. Better to self insure than go with these guys.

Awful service from Insurewithease.com and their underwriter IMG.
These sorts of companies make it easy for you to purchase a policy, but when it comes to claiming, they just give you a phone number and leave it to you to deal with the underwriter. You then have to supply them with an immense no. of documents, which seem completely irrelevant, they should get some of it from insurewithease, so a repetitious process. I don't know if all travel insurance companies do this. But my experience of IMG is the worst. 2months and counting and still no resolution to my claim. The case handlers are just mindless robots who tick boxes. When you ask a question they never reply. They don't provide a phone number to discuss the issue. The forms they provide are completely inadequate and have forced my GP to repeatedly fill out more information, at a cost to me. They don't check the information you provide and claim you have not sent it!

I could go on, but for me IMG have the worst customer service, I would avoid Insurewithease.com

Payment for 3 days room confinement denied as no doctors note, the letter from the ship stating I have to stay in my cabin for 3 days is not good enough. Terrible service . My holiday was in may and its now July! 3 months to tell me I don't qualify even though it states in my policy that im covered for confinement. Save your money and shop around. Terrible company and service. Will never use again.

Insured myself with them a month ago under wrong email. Had to call different brokers and when I called them they answered quick and after a quick search they found my policy and amended my email. Thanks.

Avoid. They will ignore your claims. My phone was stolen and I submitted a claim. They said they were reviewing it early January. It is now end of March and they have ignored my last 3 emails asking for updates. Absolutely do not recommend.

Unfortunately i have had to cancel my travel plans and insurance due to family illness, The company were very responsive and allowed me to do this no questions asked. They were very helpful so i will use them as soon as we can go again

Shocking service so far. I purchased a travel policy and received the paperwork. Unfortunately a dob is incorrect and I need to change this before we travel on Saturday. I have tried on numerous occasions (every day for 5 days!) to phone insure with ease, only to be on hold for well over an hour each time listening to the same recorded message every 15secs, your call is important to us and will be answered shortly. Clearly not that important to you. Please don't reply to this review and tell me to email, I've already done that!

Booked a policy with this company and thought they were good when i had to defer it. Now trying to get hold of them is just ridiculous. tried for several hours to get hold of them and failed, emailed them and got no response. I ended up giving up on the credit that was on my account. If it takes that long to "not" get hold of them to buy a policy, just think how long it would take to make a claim. Your phone hold message advises that "Your call is important to us" but it clearly isn't or you would have put more people on the phones. Avoid!!!!!
