I have been a member of Integra Global since 2014 and I am extremely satisfied with their services: Refunds are fast, All staff is very professional and never forget to be very polite and friendly. They really build a relationship with their clients, which makes the client feel valuable, respected and well treated.
More importantly their website/portal is very well designed and comprehensive.You can submit and follow your refunds 24/5.
Bottom line is you get a great service for the money you pay.
If I had to rate Integra Global they would get a 10/10!

I've been with Integra Global since 2017, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their member services staff always responds in a timely manner, and the quality of their customer support is excellent. I'm an American, and my experiences with American health insurance companies prior to using Integra Global left me cynical and jaded; I assumed health insurance companies were only good for billing you extortionate premiums and sky-high deductibles before denying your claims without cause.

Integra has completely changed my mind - something I honestly didn't think was possible. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for insurance.

The only negative experiences I've had with my policy have been with MAI. It seems like their underwriters just don't read emails or claims thoroughly, and they often overlook details or ask for documents that I've already submitted. While this is frustrating, they do care about getting things right and everything eventually gets sorted in a reasonable time. I will also say that a close friend (who also uses Integra) has never had any issue with the claims/reimbursement process, so I might just have unfortunate luck.

I highly recommend Integra Health Insurance. They are professional and responsive. The claims process is extremely easy and there is always a real person that you can speak to for any issues that may arise. My family has had a policy with them for over 5 years and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of.

I have Integra Global since 2017, my feedback:

- The one time I try to contact them by phone because I thought I had appendicitis the Europe phone number was useless, they asked me to call a Chinese phone number that I did not manage to reach. So, I now think their emergency service is quite bad and unfriendly. I just ended up going to a general doctor check-up, paying out of pocket since it was lower than my deductible, and luckily I did not have appendicitis.

- I got a low deductible, 300USD, thinking that way I will actually be able to use it, but in reality, the simple medical check-ups I had were always lower than that and noticed that paying out pocket is always the easiest choice for something minor, so I never used it.

- Also, they seem to increase the cost to renew around 20%, even though I never used it...

I'm now actively looking for other options and plan to get a high deductible and keep the insurance just for major emergencies.
