I've wanted to start investing, and over the last couple of weeks, I've tried every platform I could find. InvestEngine stands out because their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. They reply within minutes, whereas another big platform (which I won't name) takes days to respond, if at all. Often, I'd receive an email saying they didn't reply in time.

For the past few weeks, I've been learning about investing and ETFs, trying to diversify my portfolio using another platform, but I kept second-guessing myself. So, I decided to pay InvestEngine a small fee to manage my portfolio for me. It's early days, but I love the app. There's a tiny bit of a learning curve, but I appreciate that it shows the fees without needing to open a document. I also love how it displays the percentages of companies and countries I'm invested in.

I do wish that investments were instant and not required to be done before 2 pm, but I understand it's to keep costs down. Overall, I'm very satisfied with InvestEngine so far!

I started an InvestEngine ISA earlier this year. Very impressed - good range of ETFs and a great android app. I love the way you can define a portfolio with weighted holdings then any new contributions/income is distributed across the portfolio automatically according to weight. So far there is nothing not to like!

I've been investing with Invest Engine for 3 years and very happy with the customer service, low fees, simplicity and ease of use of its website. Even transferred ISA funds over from Vanguard, no issues except some delays at the Vanguard end. Recommended.

InvestEngine is brilliant! I've used a few different investing platforms in the past but InvestEngine is by far the best of the bunch in my opinion. Their app and website interface is user-friendly and simple to navigate. There are also plenty of funds to choose from but not an overwhelming amount to scare off novice investors. The fact that you can adjust your portfolio weightings easily is also a great feature that I've not seen before. Would highly recommend!

I opened a small InvestEngine managed portfolio 9 months ago and have been very pleased with the returns so far. The platform fees are lower than other similar managed portfolios and the returns seem on par. The portfolio is well managed and the app is easy to use. Would recommend.
