Totally frustrated with this practice ,can't even reply with phone appointments on several occasions. Not the service it used to be and lots are saying the same !

Literally the worse practice I have been too. Impossible to make an appointment, their online booking system is always down. When you finally can make an appointment you have to wait weeks just for a phone appointment (double waste of time for both parties) and then when you finally get in months later to actually see a doctor, they lack knowledge and can’t even do the basics of their job. I wish I could change practice.

We have lived here for over 20 years and the surgery for us has always been excellent. People who complain about covid related problems should realise the surgery have/had no control over appointments,

An amazing surgery who use all modern technology to help patients get attended to as quickly as possible. Not sure why some people want to complain about events which are beyond the control of the surgery.
