Extremely rude staff! Heavily pregnant struggling to carry two large parcels. I didn't realize there was a sign saying only two people in at a time. I socially distanced in the queue.
The other two people were out within 15 seconds of me being in the building. When I got to the front, I was told off about entering with other people inside. I said I was sorry I didn't see it. She then continued to tell me off and not back off! Getting frustrated I said again I clearly didn't see the sign. She then told me that was because I had followed the man in front of me too close! The man in front had actually opened door for me and I kept 2M away in the queue as marked on the floor! Absolutely fuming!

post office that had never been opened on time. Went this morning to send letter and found out that they dont sell jiffy bags or any other padded envelopes. Wonder if they sell stapms, forgot to ask. What is this post office for?

Not at all a welcoming environment. The staff may appear friendly but are completely unprofessional and discuss customers between themselves. The staff are loud and a little brash. Not at all the service I expect from a post office. I will go to Finedon from now on.

Open and close when they like. I drive to another post office as this one has wasted my time on a number of occasions now. Needs new management as they obviously have no idea how to operate a business.

changed lunchtime closing without notice. Makes life very difficult for me. Shame as I was happy with recent changes leading to an improvement in the place

Messy shop. Looks so nice from the outside, but rubbish on the inside. Opening times incorret as not open this Saturday at 10.50am. Wasted journey.

I think that it's the best post office in the universe and the lady with blonde hair and glasses is hot forgot her name but what a delightful experience.
