Absolute crooks, stay away from this accountant, they have not submitted 2018/19 partnership tax returns and now in Dec 2020 I am receiving £300+ penalty fines from HMRC as they forgot to do it and then blaimed another member of staff. I have tried to speak to the office who wouldn't help as no longer a client so emailed Mark the MD, no response. Definitely taking further action. I had been with them for 5 years, first 2 years good, then awful service, no response, very unprofessional, so I left them in June 2020, I have a list of errors and when approached the MD, a very rude email received back at the beginning of Covid, no assistance during this time frame and very stressful as you would think your accountant is there to help.

Unfortunately Steve and his colleagues at ISIS Accountants have not provided me with the service I had originally expected; large mistakes whilst entrusted with my business affairs followed by the audacity to send me an invoice for more than double the amount I was originally quoted!

This is still an ongoing matter so I would recommend being very cautious and consider looking for professional services elsewhere.

Very good service. Good to have an accountant that actually saves you (a lot) more money than they cost. Been with them / Mark Hollyman for the best part of twenty years now I think.
