We recently moved out of a flat that we lived in for 5 years and was managed by It's Your Place for that whole period. We were very happy with the experience we had with them, every time we contacted them our queries were answered within 1 day and any issues were resolved quickly. Josh is the building manager for the flats and he was always on hand to assist us which we're very grateful for. Very well-organised and easy property management service to work with. Rob P was my point of contact and I have zero complaints. From the moment of my original enquiry, he dealt with me solely rather than forcing a race against the difficult and competitive Oxford market, a refreshing approach that made choosing that property above others an easy decision. He also offered flexibility in the terms of a renewed contract, and even though I eventually made the decision not to renew, he still remained respectful. My deposit was returned in full and promptly, with zero hassle. I'd use ItsYourPlace again anytime.

Got some questions about the recent take over and management since the beginning of September. Called 6 times and emailed a couple of times but still no answer. Every single time I would only have an answer like "Kate will call you later today or tomorrow as I'm not involved" , " Someone would respond to your emails" or " Can you drop us an email?". I'm very impressed by the quality of the service. I believed one month is pretty long enough to obtain all necessary information for the take over but they corrected me by their action. If you want to have a loop of raising an issue, reaching out and being told to wait for a response forever, choose It's Your Place.

My questions include heating, safety of one of the walkways, smoking complaints and water leaks. I believe heating was a big issue in cold weather and water leak is important due to potential further damage to the property. They told me by their action these aren't important at all.

Note: I spoke to Chloe about it but she was rude. The first time, she attempted to rush me and not to let me speak. The second time she simply acted polite but directed me to a voice mail instantly. Also spoke to Dean and Josh. They couldn't help but at least not rude.

We lived in Marley House in Oxford for just over 2 years. Rob P was our Property Manager and he was always extremely helpful and accommodating.

Unlike other places we have lived, Rob and IPY were always fair and pragmatic and you don't get the sense that the company or landlord are trying to extract every penny you have.
