Outstanding garage for 3 reasons:
- Replaced a broken door locking mechanism extremely quickly at a good price. Worked a treat since.
- Sold a car to them via Rob which was a pleasant experience
- Always fill up here given good service and low prices

Fantastic experience, been in the game a long time, and you can tell the customer service was above and beyond. Even picked the car off and dropped off always putting the customer first. I will be going back again. The car sounds fantastic after the work has been done.

They damaged my car (head gasket)
I had MOT with my Toyota Prius this Jan (totally fine) and They didn’t change the oil filter as they need to order the part. Then, They change the oil filter in March. After that I found gurgling sound in engine and excessive usage of Coolant. I brought the car back to let them check. They just topped up the coolant and asked me to drive for longer time.
One week later, the hybrid system had issue and white smoke from exhaust pipe. I brought back the car to examine, and potentially overheating and head gasket blown.
Ivor miles refused to take any responsibility in this case straight after the oil filter change and wrong recommendation (as me to drive further). They just push all the responsibilities to the car mileage.

Really poor experience.

I spent well into a four figure sum with this garage to have various work carried out on my car.

Unfortunately the battery light kept illuminating after having the alternator replaced, so I booked it back in. During the time that my car was in Ivor Miles' care, it sustained damage to the bodywork.

Eventually they agreed to sort this, which they have done partially. The car has returned with further damage to the front bumper & a chunk of leather taken out of the steering wheel.

Beyond frustrated.

Update... After a couple of thousand miles, it's come to light that the brake discs and pads were not fitted properly at Ivor Miles, which has caused the brakes to overheat and warp. Garage that has done the remedial work were absolutely shocked. Retaining clips were also not refitted causing the pads to rattle.

Good fuel prices, and friendly service. I can't report on the workshop, but nothing is too much trouble at the pumps ...... Try getting someone to fill your tank at Tesco!! ?.... Here it's offered automatically. Highly recommended.
