Following my official complaint to the company, JS White & Co admitted no wrongdoing despite in my opinion failing to act neutrally during a complex director dispute. They made company house paper filings including changing the office address and providing the necessary documents to file dormant accounts when the company was not dormant.

In addition, their data protection officer confirmed that JS White & Co, specifically Jonathan White, shared my personal data with a third party without my consent. The third party have fortunately deleted my data to prevent this matter being more serious.

I am working with ACCA to hold this company and Jonathan White to account.
