We had a fantastic experience working with Will! He is always polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went smoothly. He consistently chased the conveyancers, sellers and us to make sure things were progressing on time and kept both parties updated with regular calls, ensuring everyone was in the loop. Their proactive approach really helped move things forward. We have bought and sold few properties in the past, but their service is by far the best I have experienced so far. Highly recommend their services!

I had the pleasure of meeting Will from the Barnstaple office when deciding to move back to Devon from Norfolk. From the start of viewing the property through to exchange Will was extremely professional yet calm and friendly through a horrendous chain issue. These issues were out of my control but appreciate expectations from developers can be a different story. The excellent relationship with Will at Jackson Stops and the developer afforded me reassurance that they would do everything to help me through it. I have bought new properties previously but the help and keeping me informed was second to none, and I believe it is because of this highly professional team I have secured my new home having had a torrid time. I wish I could give more stars the staff at Jackson-Stops from start to finish are outstanding , they have gone above and beyond to help me purchase my dream home. Sadly I lost it once thanks to my chain breaking but thanks to James and Will and all their hard work and fighting my corner I am now the proud owner. They are great in keeping you informed with everything , nothing is to much trouble and don’t keep you waiting when you need more information. Very helpful and professional but also super friendly, even got calls from them to congratulate me on my exchange of contract. I haven’t even met Will yet but he is a real credit to this company and absolute pleasure to be able call a upon, a brilliant young man.I can’t thank them enough for everything and would highly recommend this company to everyone selling or purchasing a property.

Jackson-Stops, in particular Katie and James have been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our house purchase. We would like to thank all of the Jackson-Stops team for getting the sale of our property over the line. At times it seemed like it was unlikely to happen, probably one of the longest to exchange we have ever had when selling a property.

Personal thanks to Katie who kept us all positive and informed along the way. Katie certainly played her part in getting the sale of our property to exchange. We have even ended up with 6.5 weeks between exchange and completion which has taken the pressure off organising everything. Despite my house not fitting the criteria of those Jackson-Stops typically sell, James very kindly visited to assist with guidance. He passed onto me a list of architects, one of whom is now assisting me with the best way to tackle the issue of creating parking. There was no gain for James to visit to him so I am very grateful.
