We purchased a house through James Leigh Property Management in December 2022, with Robert Burdett as the agent. Initially, we were happy with the process and the service provided in the time following the viewing.

Unfortunately, upon completion, it became apparent that crucial information had been withheld by both the estate agent and the vendors. This oversight has resulted in a significant financial loss for us. We were extremely disappointed that this information was not disclosed as it would have significantly impacted our decision to purchase the property.

We attempted to address this issue by contacting Roger at James Leigh Property Management but received no response. Based on our experience, we would not consider using Robert Burdett or James Leigh Property Management for any future property transactions.

We strongly advise potential buyers to conduct thorough due diligence when working with this agency.

James Leigh have been managing my UK property since I moved abroad years ago. Very reliable, don't bother me with every little detail, and manage both me and the tenants very well. Over the past 5 years I have experienced some very poor letting agents, thankfully James Leigh Management bucked that trend last summer – brilliant service when I was looking for a new place to rent, and they have been AMAZING throughout my tenancy thus far.
