Excellent work done by Nigel from JAR Property Management. It was a very difficult job building a huge cupboard to house a new boiler/heating system in our very wonky old cottage where nothing is straight and the ceilings are weak! Lots of problem solving involved and the finished product was brilliant. He did an absolutely amazing job and we are thrilled with the result. The customer service was brilliant too, they kept in touch and followed up promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

Tom came initially to measure for the job (new utility sink and replacement tap) and advised on the appropriate products. Quote quickly emailed and a prompt start date was given. Tom spent time carefully installing the tap and sink. There were some issues in the fitting but these were resolved. The whole area now looks fantastic and everything works really well. Would definitely recommend JAR Property Management Services and will use the company for future projects.

I had a bathroom fitted & floorboards replaced by JAR property management. They did a fabulous job, always cleaned up at the end of the day & very professional. I would recommend Tom & his team anytime.

We have used Jar property service for two years, to clean both of our holiday lets to a very high standard all our guests reviews comment on this if we need quick turn around or we need extra work Beth and her team are on it they are just a phone call away. Nothing is to much trouble. A Hemming

This company were quick, very professional. Arrived when they planned to and were exceedingly nice to deal with. It was a stressful situation as my father suffered a bad flood in his flat. JAR really did their bit for us.

JAR Building Services have recently completed a job at one of our charity’s sites here in Devon. We support people with complex disabilities including vision impairment, so it’s important to have the best environments where they can learn and develop. Tom personally visited the site to plan the job (and come up with solutions to the access challenges) and then returned with the team to make sure everything went smoothly. They managed to work around our charity's needs, and get the job done on schedule and to a high standard. I would happily recommend them to others.

Excellent reliable and friendly service. JAR looks after our internal cleaning for 15 flats, airbnb and my personal flat. Really good communications, via whats app and a shared google drive chart, and accurate and timely invoicing. I would definitely recommend!
