Beyond useless. Attempted several times to access my account with these morons and NONE of their online systems work sending you into endless dead ends. DO NOT USE THESE people, they couldn,t sort out the post let alone anything complicated.

I have been with these brokers for some time now. I prefer service via telephone, which they provide, and I am happy with them. They only charge a fixed fee of £9.50 per transaction; which is reasonably. The only drawback I would say is - when I want to transfer the money to my bank account, they charge a percentage of the amount to be transferred - which could be from £10 to £20. I find this a bit too much.

Been with them for 9 years. Service is basic but straight forward. Dealing charges are excellent & no regular fees.
Occasionally they get things slightly wrong, but the friendly staff are real human beings who know what they are doing and know what to do to promptly sort out an issue.

I've had an account with Jarvis for 15 years. Basic service but cheap. Never had any problems. Some more specialist stocks they don't seem to have quotes for and after hours prices are not always accurate but overall very satisfied.

I've been with Jarvis for several years and always found them professional and helpful. Yes dome sites are cheaper but when it matters you can always speak to someone on the phone and if they can't help they put you through to another team member who can.

Absolute melts incompetence is astounding took them two weeks & I called them zero response to my e.mail address regarding receipt of my contact with them ..lied and told me there not a member of the London stock exchange unbelievable staff are unaware of there business procedure these people couldnt sell a loaf ..if they had a shop ..there not your people for financial dealing stay well away..

Appalling customer service in every respect. I've used pretty much every platform and their's is by far the most basic / clunky. Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone when something goes wrong - it invariably will ! If you trade overseas equities the FX spread is very very expensive ... 1.5% not unusual

Have used Jarvis for nearly 10 years with no problems. The website does not compare with other very much larger players like Hargreaves Lansdown but the telephone support is excellent. I am a very content client.
