Our experience working with J F Financial was outstanding! As first-time buyers, we were a bit nervous and had a lot of questions, but Justin and his team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The communication was excellent throughout — we were always kept informed and never left wondering what the next steps were or if we were waiting for anything. Justin took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, helping us feel confident in every decision. No question or message was ever too much and he would get back to us as soon as he could - which was always within a couple of hours. Justin was so helpful to me and my partner when applying for our mortgage to purchase our first home.

He took us through the whole mortgage application process and thoroughly explained everything to us at every step. Any questions we had, he was just a message away and would always follow up with a call if we needed a more in depth explanation.

Justin helped us with everything we could've possibly thought of and when it looked like we may need an extension in our mortgage offer due to exchange and completion being pushed back, he was on it and got it sorted straight away.
