Jason was recommended to me by a techy friend and it was a very good recommendation. He is obviously knowledgeable and able to explain things clearly without making you feel stupid. He sorted out my painfully slow Mac with ease. He was able to fit it in quickly, took exactly the time he said it would and with a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Great service from Jason, I had a PC terminal breakdown following updates, I knew I was living off borrowed time with W11 looming and Jason managed to access my data, retrieved it from the internal hardrives, transferred it to a portable drive and gave me great and unbiased advice regarding what to replace with. Great value for money and would highly recommend.

Never hear of JM IT Services before in Acle. I contacted them re a hardware memory problem and they sorted out very rapidly, service brilliant, communication 1st class. PC home and working as it should. Cannot recommended them enough
