My boyfriend and I started looking into buying our first home and realised very quickly that we didn't have a clue! We had a couple of different meetings with mortgage advisers and then we met Joe! Straight away we felt at ease with the whole process.
Joe was always there at the end of the phone to calm me down when things got a little sticky with the vendors solicitors. He kept us informed every step of the way and was more than happy to talk through anything I wanted to at any time!
We moved into our first new home in August and we couldn't be happier!
