I don't normally leave online reviews but having noticed the negative review posted some time ago I felt compelled to confirm that my experience could not have contrasted more. I've dealt with John now for several years and, throughout that time, I've found the service to be outstanding. Whether it is dealing with John directly or one of his team, they have been courteous, efficient and highly professional at all times. I couldn't be happier and, having been charged extortionate amounts by other accountants in the past, I find JFA very competitive on rates and great value overall. I couldn't recommend them more strongly. 5*

Do you do holding company accounts - "yes". Can i get a fee quote for a holding structure - "we not talking on clients" - okay dimtwits i can take my work elsewhere. Who says no to extra money/work in todays climate? FAILURE

Absolutely disgusting service, never actually speak to the accountant just the office workers whose customer service is appalling. Nothing ever gets done, they blame you or the HMRC for their own failings and then charge ridiculous prices for work not done and hold you to ransom until they get the money they are not entitled to.
