Nitemare to deal with. Viewed a property that had been empty for 18 months easily. Said we would have it straight away, Ian said he would sort lease and take it off the market. Process should take 8-12 weeks he said. Saw the property back on the market a month later for less, called the office pretended to be someone else. She proceeded to tell me no one had viewed it. Another friend called for me lady in the office this time said they wanted at least 5 people wanting the property so the landlord could pick the best. Emailed Ian at least 30 times over a 6 month period, left dozens and dozens of telephone messages all to be ignored !! A private rental came up which was suitable, signed my lease and got the keys the next day. The day we moved in Ian called me out of the blue to say the landlord was happy and he had our lease ready! Ridiculous. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever known, they lie constantly. Avoid at all costs! Read the reviews for the money they want of you (deposit of £12k for us) they don’t even have the common decency of responding to you. Worst commercial estate agency around!

Absolutely disgusting service from Ben, stay well clear! Lease was drawn up and everything was agreed can’t get any reply from Ben he doesn’t reply to your email then I finally get a reply days later to tell me that the landlord has gone with a higher offer I’ve spoke to 5 different estate agents company and they have never heard of anything so disgusting. If you want no communication, no responses to your email, to waste your time, bad service, maybe a tear or two when they let you down then I recommend them. Otherwise stay well clear!

Me and my business partner viewed a commercial property. Straight away we said that we would take it and if we could get the process started which Ben said he would. Our details were taken and we left it at that.

The same evening we were Informed that another lady had posted on social media that she had got the property and even had her business cards and business page with the property address on and a date for opening. So we phoned up the office and asked what was going on and that we understand if the property had gone. We were told that no one else had viewed the property yet but the lady was viewing the following week as they still have to keep viewings open. In the same breath we were also told that our details were with the landlord and Ben said that he was hoping to get a deal sorted by the end of the week. All Whilst the other lady was still continually putting things on social media about her new property.

We completely would understand if the property had gone but both Ben and the lady in the office continuously LIED to us. Wasted our time and it wasn’t until today that we were aware the property has now gone under offer after she apparently only viewed the property today according to them.
What I also don’t understand is that Ben said only when we text him that it was the landlords choice, which again also would be fine but the lady only viewed the property the same day. Where as we viewed it a week prior. We have well established businesses with a huge client base. Where as the person they have taken on had only opened her beauty business a week ago without doing a single client, not even any models. Just online beauty training. So more fool them.

This company lie and completely waste your time. Absolutely disgusting customer service, I’m appalled at how we have been treated.

If you read the reviews on Google I believe this has happened a number of times to other people too. Which I wish I’d read before hand.
