First look inside these flats/apartments absolutely beautiful inside and the inclusion of water rates and free gym membership is a big factor when looking at your finances, the only downfall is the building facing away from the marina has a poor balcony view and some of the apartments facing the Marina are overlooking the gym roof, otherwise absolutely brilliant

Rang last week, no one available but they gave me a name to contact, rang the next day for the person I'd been given, left a voice mail with the info I required, no reply or call back. You would think spending £225k on a apartment you would get some sort of reply. Just shows you it's all about getting the money then you don't matter

Joke of a company that needs to sort out ongoing developments instead of leaving local residents looking at a rundown eyesore for over 10 years. this is now affecting house sales and prices in the area.
