I have been a client of Joscelyne Chase for a number if years . I have a rental property which the company manages for me. I work so having a link between myself and my tenant has been invaluable.
They have always been prompt in identifying and relaying any issues the tenant highlights. They have a contractor list and are prompt in arranging visits with the tenant to undertake any work required. If I choose an alternative contractor they are happy to liaise with them . They keep me informed throughout the process.
