I have used John (JPS Property Maintenance) to carry out work for me before to a very high standard therefore had no hesitation to get him back to remove and rebuild a new front garden block wall a few years ago. Recently in the last 2 storms I have lost ridge tiles which, after a call to John, were replaced within 2 days – Superb service.

John’s attention to detail is second to none and his tidiness and pricing spot on... (And believe me I have high standards!). Would I get John back to work for me? ---- Yes without doubt or hesitation and he has subsequently carried out work for people I know on my recommendation.

Had a kitchen/diner created along with a new kitchen refitted. Workmanship and team work amazing! Every part flowed nicely from removing wall, electrics, plumbing, gas, plastering, kitchen fit and decorating. All of the team were polite and courteous and very tidy. The price for the job was reasonable and fair. Communication was perfect, we knew what was going on and who would be in and what day. Any questions/queries I had were answered quickly, and I was never made to feel like I was being a pain. I would highly recommend JPS property maintenance for bigger or smaller projects. An amazing team! Thank you

I cannot recommend JPS enough.
I needed some Roofing Repairs and John came to see me and patiently explained all my options and answered all my questions ,he was transparent with his pricing which made me feel confident in using JPS.
They were prompt,tidy & made me feel completely at ease.

JPS property maintenance arranged for repair of our water-damaged lounge ceiling. Then JPS completed the renewal by redecoration/ painting the room. They protected our furniture well and the quality of the painting was superb, leaving the room beautifully refreshed and clean looking. We can certainly recommend JPS for organisation and quality of finish.

We've had Jon do three jobs over the last few years, the most recent being external repair and decoration of our house. Previously they have repointed our front wall, and also opened up two single garages into a double. In each case JPS did the work on time and to a high standard. When we have noted (very minor) issues, Jon has been around within minutes to resolve them. We would highly recommend JPS for building and decorating works.
