James is fantastic! Stuck by me over a year whilst i found the right property and kept in regular contact. Really understood my shift working and how this effected communication. Once i found the property i wanted he was very quick and getting everything sorted and explained each step to me in a way i’d understand. Absolutely fantastic service from JRM Mortgage Solutions, from start to finish. Being a shift worker, James worked around my availability - which included calls at the weekend. As FTBs, the thought of navigating the overwhelming world of mortgages, deposits and house-buying was daunting.
