When I was informed that buying a house was one of the most stressful experiences - I mentally prepared myself for just that. Except, little did I know just how stressful the entire experience would actually be. Throughout the many months from when the offer was accepted to finally being completed, Cheryl was incredibly supportive, with detailed and professional answers to any and all questions I had - even the ones I repeatedly asked because my memory refused to allow any more information at some points. Cheryl also frequently kept me updated with any and all changes to the mortgage and informed whenever there were changes, and at any time there was a problem and what she was going to do to overcome.
