As a first time buyer it can be daunting looking into mortgages. With the huge variety of products out there and a plethora of terminology to get your head around it's not unusual to be concerned that there's a better deal out there that you've missed.
Speaking in-person with Joshua Bradbury at Just Mortgages gave me huge peace of mind with this. From the outset, he stated that he was here to get me the best deal for my situation and the advice he gave in the hour-long conversation we went on to have illustrated that completely.

Initial calls with Just Mortgages were successful and I had two agreement in principals. However it's been four months since I paid their fees and due to an issue with the lease, which them and the lender knew about, I don't have a mortgage. Four months they've held my money, asking me to chase for some agreement letter (which I have), and still nothing. At this point all I would like is a refund.
