The only reason there is one star is because none isn’t an option. Where do i start this is probably THE WORST BUSINESS I have ever come across, the service is appalling and their is no enthusiasm from any member of staff. I called K T Management 12 times in one day and no one picked up the phone. They take money out of your account and I haven’t seen an improvement in my local area AT ALL. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.

Company have literally not taken a phone call since the pandemic, clearly unable to adapt to changes aswell as being able to efficiently look after estates. Charges are sky high, performance is rock bottom as far as what residents get for their money.

They take money continuously and fail to do anything with it, their customer service is horrific and their whole business is a scam. They should not even be in business. The only reason it is rated one star is because I can't go any lower.
