Max and Becky at KAG Financial have been absolutely amazing.
Dealing with anything Financial is a minefield to me at the best of times.
As soon as I picked up the phone to have my initial conversation with Max, I immediately felt less anxious. He understood all of my needs in me looking for a better mortgage deal, and I was really happy when 20 minutes later he told me that with his initial findings, that everything I wanted to achieve was do-able!
Things progressed very quickly, Becky handled all of the Admin with ease, and the communication I received from both Max and Becky was outstanding.
Fast forward a few weeks and my new Mortgage deal is about to complete!
