I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. We worked with Linzi last year for a tenancy service, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Linzi went above and beyond to find us the right tenants and made the entire process effortless and stress-free. Her genuine care and dedication really shine through in everything she does. I honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I have just bought my first flat and Linzi, Amy and Andy were all amazing to go through. They were very informative and very supportive when I wasn't getting much info from my solicitors. I can't recommend them enough and they definitely helped settle the nerves during my first property purchase. They were always open to answer what I know were probably silly questions and they always made sure I didn't feel silly asking it. A great experience and it was a please to get my property through them!

Andy from Kalm Estate Agents recently visited to value our home, and his expertise truly shone through. His deep local knowledge, clearly gained from growing up in the area, was immediately evident. We especially appreciated his thoughtful recommendations for family-friendly spots and his brilliant practical suggestion for our smallest bedroom, which we're already implementing!
Though we've decided not to sell right now, Andy has ensured Kalm will be our definite first choice when we are ready. He even made such a positive impression that my son asked when he could visit again! Andy's brief but impactful visit left our entire household feeling very positive.
