This is a small post office along with a convenience store in the New Parks area of Leicester. Despite their small size they provide a huge range of postal services and their customer service is brilliant. Recently I even used them to exchange 100 pound notes with 1 pound coins because there is no bank nearby. They happily did it 🙂 The gentleman working there is very polite and helpful. 5 Stars for their customer service ?
