Regularly fail to collect waste from us on the basis of a driver running out of hours, or having access ( they have had their own key since commencement of the contract) or using agency drivers that don’t know where they are going. Now our loading bay is often overflowing. Every time I have to chase them to sort it and argue that I’m not paying excess weight charges as it’s only overweight because they haven’t collected from a week ago. I’ve terminated the contract to move elsewhere but they’ve argued incorrectly that the notice isn’t valid, but agreed a termination date a few months later. Having used several bin companies for 6x1100l bins for decades (we’ve been trading for over 50 years), I would perhaps avoid this one.
