THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE
I won’t touch them with a barge pole.
They tell you one thing and do the other.
We are all part of the resident group and they only listen to the directors.
We all have emails from our freeholder saying that it should be divided by square footage on the insurance.
When you can get hold of someone to find out why your money is not showing on the portal told by Sonia that they could be on holiday.
There are some people on the development that being chased by debit collection but you can’t see the true figures because they aren’t being updated.
Plus haven’t seen accounts for 3 years.
I am still waiting a meeting with Ryan 16 weeks later where our freehold asked him to come and see me.
Other members of staff are just RUDE.

Shame! They promised so much but our agent is aways ‘busy’ ‘out of the office’ e mails take at least 5 days to answer.
I don’t usually publish complaints publicly but can’t find an e mail address for the Managing Director
