For anyone thinking of buying here, the ground rent is 900quid a year now, very close to the threshold of 1k at which most mortgage providers won't lend. They are about to start work on building a huge nursing home on the site, the planes are right over the building and there are gaps in the UPVC windows that let cold/noise in. It is 85 decibels inside the flats btw. Service charge is very high at approx 500 quid a month for a 2 bed flat 1000sq ft, car park has leaking pipes in it, bamboo in gardens that is spreading. Overall the buildings are 20 years old and require some refurbishment.
