I have been a Keystone tenant for just over 6 years fantastic service locked my self out of my flat today called for help they came strait away with a spare key in less than half an hour thank you so much. I am getting on a bit and was struggling to keep my garden tidy so rang Jacob at keystone to get their gardners number he said he would sort it and I could pay them direct what a fantastic service Keystone offer would not ever move

What a great service Keystone provides! From a landlords point of view, whom no longer lives in the area. I have complete faith in the team taking care of my property in my absence. The staff have a great knowledge of the local area, properties and businesses. I fully recommend Keystone to any landlord or tenant.

My apologies there is a company with the name keystone located in Connahs key who are dreadful not your company they have an 01244 dialing code but your company comes up in the search. Sorry I'm sure you're all lovely here

I have contacted this management company on several occasions by phone and email regarding rubbish left outside one of their properties which is opposite my home it has now been left since before xmas and they have completely ignored my complaint and haven't even bothered replying to my email I know their office has been closed due to lockdown but they have a notice up with contact details and that they are working from home.
