I recently moved my Limited Company and personal tax affairs to Kimber William and Co, having had them recommended to me by one of their existing customers. Marcus was very hands on and was able to quickly identify what had been missed or not done to a high enough standard by my previous accountants.

Kimber William & Co will promise a good quality local service, but appear to be no different to the service levels you would expect from one of the 'big four'. The firm pretends to have the best interests of their small business customers at heart, but will fail to back that service up with 'real world' understanding of customer needs. Kimber William are clearly qualified, but lack 'real world' customer service - it's disappointing from a local firm - I would think twice before engaging their services.
