b bad management late opening all times no manners no smile on faces can’t speak gently all the time late never open on time there was questions of 9 people today and they all left because by 09:15 still closed when it should be open at 09:00

Opening hours, 8:30am. It is now 9:01. 31 mins later than stated opening times and it is still closed. Waste of time coming here.

It’s never open when it’s supposed to be open it has the opening times of 08.30am but when you got at 10am it’s never open. People are always waiting for hours. Pensioners are waiting the most you should keep them waiting when it says the timings it should be open. I went today at 10am and it was closed that’s when I made the video.

AWFUL. If I could score 0 stars I would have done.

The worst customer service I have experienced anywhere and staffed by the most miserable, unfriendly and downright rude staff. Particularly the one with long hair and leathery, wrinkled face, looks like an elephant's ball-sack, who seems to refuse to smile for fear of her face cracking.

Lack even common courtesy. It's not even like they were "having a bad day". I have been forced to use this Post Office three times in three years and every time I have experienced the same terrible service and the same miserable and rude staff.

Here's a tip for you ladies, if you are polite and friendly to other people, they will be polite and friendly to you. As it stands, I wouldn't urinate on you if you were on fire. And for goodness sake, take a customer service course and get taught how you are doing it completely WRONG.

They are completely incompetent and, incredibly, seem to have no idea of the services that the Post Office actually offers.

Do yourselves a favour people, make your way to WH Smith in town and use the Post Office there. Their building is actually a nice place to be in and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

A lot of these reviews seem to be regarding the previous post office under different ownership. I use this PO over any others as the guy running it is really quick and knows what he's doing. Only gripe was it was closed early on arrival one day at 4.30ish. Otherwise all good each time. Cheers

I left work early on Friday to find the shutters were down at 5, and exactly the same again on Monday. The advertised closing time is 5:30, or 6 on Royal Mail's own website! When can a person ever collect their parcels? Do callers need an appointment
