I've been working with King Property Management for six years and would highly recommend them! They fully manage four of my properties in the St Helens area. They have been prompt and efficient reporting back to me on the condition of my properties and arranging competent builders to repair small maintenance or larger building works in a timely manner and to a high standard. I had trouble finding competent contractors before I engaged KPM. They have been professional and always found great tenants for me (with only one exception). Their communication is excellent. I would be very sad if I ever had to find other letting agents to manage my properties, and I hope to maintain a great relationship with KPM for many years to come.

I've been renting a house from Kings property for the last couple of years or so and have had no problems with them at all. They're always available on the phone and any problems are fixed promptly. You're never left without something working as they call in they're own tradesmen and then they deal with the landlord for you. I'm very happy here. Great company to rent from.
