I recently wrote a poor review. I mistakenly thought they purposely sold me sub par goods. On reflection & after speaking to them, It is evident that the staff there care a great deal about their place of work & there is NO WAY they would purposely sell me sub par goods. & When I say sub par, the item I bought was really cheap & again on reflection, it is probably one of the few items that could get through damaged without being noticed. & I should of spoken to them as they would of immediately refunded or replaced the item, no problem. Also, I've bought from there in the past & it's always been pretty good & I've never heard anyone say anything negative. It's a bit cramped in their, there's loads of stuff in there though, some really interesting tech that you won't find anywhere else. Worth popping in if you in Sutton because some of that stuff needs selling so more room to move!!

Owner seems a decent guy, but his staff really let him down.

Just sit around doing nothing and watching some YouTube streamer all day.

My mate been in a few times and he keeps having to go back as they either want "Cash Only" or keep increasing the minimum purchase amount from £5 to £10+ that's mental! No card provider will Charge that amount of fees cowboys!

He won't be back he's told me and I doubt I will after what I've seen and heard, shame was going to see about selling my PS5 and a few other buts but never-ending.

Over the last 5+ years we have bought many items from Kings Exchange. A mountain bike, numerous laptops and many other items. All of the item's have been of great quality and even pre-owmed items were in great condition, which Kings stood by in terms of Exchange or replacement/ repair. A great friendly family business that offers great value and quality for money...

I have used Kings Exchange a few times now. I can honestly say they are the best in Sutton. The guys in there are so nice friendly and understanding to people’s situations. Would highly recommend especially over likes of CEX. 5⭐️

I have been buying, selling and trading with Kings exchange for a while now and each time has been very competitive and fair pricing, they even beat Cex prices!
Also the staff are friendly/polite which goes a long way, happy to spend some time demonstrating or answering questions I had about a phone I was buying, which really helped me out.
