For some years the team at Kingswood Residential have helped us find our tenants for well over 20 properties.
Throughout this time they have helped find excellent tenants promptly resulting in minimum voids and hardly any tenant problems. In fact our void rate across the portfolio since using Kingswood stands at 0.79%.
More recently we finished a development of 6 apartments in Long Eaton. Within 2 weeks of advertising, the team at Kingswood secured tenants for all 6, once again demonstrating their excellent service.
Thanks to the team at Kingswood and I would highly recommend them to other landlords.

Very difficult to deal with, busy sending me emails regarding incorrect reference on my rent payment whilst doing nothing to resolve an ongoing mould/damp issue I've had for 3 months.

Kingswood Resident have managed my property for almost 7 years and have always provided me with a high level of service, from finding a suitable tenant, to ongoing management.
Adam and his team always go above and beyond to deal with matters in a timely manner. Most recently, one of Kingswood Residential’s property managers, Sam Robinson, provided me with great service relating to a property inspection and subsequent works which were identified, in order to maintain the property.
