Says they are open till 5.30 when they won't do counter service after 20 past 5 and the fat ting behind the counter is a snotty cow

Ok, the pictures are of the sorting depo - not the post office, the review relates to the post office across the road from the sorting office. So, as a seller, this post office specifically has lost multiple valuable parcels - and only valuable ones. I've had to make claims every time and do NOT trust this post office. When I asked why multiple things were showing several days later still at the shop, they got very red faced and said no they are not here. I sent DPD to investigate and they visited the premises but we're simply told they have no parcels. Multiple smaller packages and one 4 foot long vintage lens - a true piece of photographic history I sold to a collector who wanted it for ages, 'missing'. I do not trust this premises, southdene post office and the industrial estate post office have never had an issue, with over 80 packages to both of them - this place has lost 9 out of 14, it took me a while to connect that all the missing ones were here. Either incompetent or untrustworthy, avoid! I've lost my top class feedback on eBay and had to spend a total of 47 hours working on paperwork for claims with eBay, DPD and royal mail plus dealing with lost clients, thanks to this place.

Why is this post office close at 2pm every day when they should be open till 5:30 and 6pm ? Like all other post offices. Have emailed the main office who told me that at chads post office should not close till 5:30.

If us normal people miss a delivery how on earth are we meant to collect it when we don’t finish work till after 2pm?
