Nice area But if you want to rent a house here don’t contact Simple Life,I had the most awful experience with them, very unprofessional & rude! Their job is to make money from people’s deposit!!! Avoid them.

Absolutely appalling. Shoddy building quality, diabolical customer service from Simple Life, and gardens with grass that won't go as the builders basically dumped loads of waste materials beneath the homes and gardens making the environment too toxic;

Charging around £1,000 per month for a 3 bed house in Redcar. When you try to leave, they will try and steal your deposit and charge you around £12 to tighten a screw on a toilet seat.

It won't be long before there is government intervention with this company. Avoid at all costs, it is not worth it.
