During my move Kevin kept me updated throughout. If I ever had a question he would do his best to answer, if he did not know he would find out and let me know within a couple of hours. Very approachable and very professional.
Would message to see how things were going if he hadn't heard anything and also messaged on completion.

Didier was my rock during the whole process. I had no idea about mortgages and had always been of the opinion that I'd never get one. First time I have used KLAS mortgage services. I was looking for a new mortgage deal & didn’t know where to start. I googled a few companies to make enquiries. Within a few hours, Kevin had contacted me, explained how his company could help & thoroughly went through everything answering all my questions. Within a few days Kevin had found the best deal for me & in less than 2 weeks, it is all sorted and agreed. Couldn’t be happier as given the current climate & interest rises, Kevin secured me a deal before rates went up further. This was due to his speedy response & professionalism in what he does.

I'm always slightly sceptical about mortgage and financial service providers, but was pleasantly surprised by KLAS Mortgage Services. Kevin was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable, taking his time to explain all the various options available to me for a remortgage.

Several months unfortunately passed before I was in a position to commit, and Kevin was diligent in ensuring I still had the best deal available from the raft of providers available. Kevin then kept in regular contact to ensure everything was progressing as discussed - even chasing the providers and conveyancers to hit the necessary deadline. I cannot thank Kevin and the team enough for their patience and diligence, and will definitely be using them again when this current deal finishes.
