Fantastic service all the time at this Branch. Lynda exceeded my expectations today with my parcel ready to go as I walked through the doors, exceptional! I regularly go to this branch to post parcels from my Etsy store. I always have found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. I have never had bad service unlike the branch near where I work! The staff here always greet you with a smile and kind word or 2. It is a pleasure to attend here and in future I will rather wait a day or 2 and go here where I know the service will always be impeccable and there will always be a smile!

Trying to send my parcel at your knebworth branch, the post master Mohammad Mohsin Msah was extremely rude to me, he asked why I had not put the correct weight on the parcel, I explained that I have no way to weigh it at home and it didn’t cost any extra despite the package being heavier (I’m a regular poster and know this) he didn’t like being told this and literally threw the parcel back at me, he said I’m refusing to take it, I asked for his manager to which he replied he was the manager so I then asked for his manager and he hesitated before giving me complaints details, he knew he had made an error at this point. But I will take this further.

Always efficient and friendly and never had an issue, however today they decided to close early which has caused a major inconvenience. Very few other alternatives in the area. Not really acceptable for a post office which the local community depend on.
