Very rude female member of staff stacking sausage rolls 21:30 tonight. This particular member of staff definitely requires some training in customer relations. At present she is in my opinion a very bad advert for the store.

Just seen the 3.4 rating for this post office and am staggered! I've used it for personal and business needs for years and always had exceptionally friendly and helpful service. I often praise the team for delivering excellent advice. Whilst wait times vary due to obvious fluctuations in demand, they always appear to have more tills open when required.

I turned up 4 days before Christmas with 50 postal tubes to be sent around the world ie a nightmare customer at a busy time. David handled the transaction with patience and good humour, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. He's a credit to the store.

Fantastic experience, I had a lot of banking that needed doing (was there for nearly 30 mins!) and the staff member (young lad in his 20's) who was assisting was so polite, diligent and didn't complain once or look sullen as some staff at other post offices in the area are like. Will be coming here for all my post and banking needs from now on!

Ridiculously slow service and short staffed every time I've been here. Only half of parcel handed over this time, had to queue for half an hour twice. Opening times wrong in many directories.

It's like the staff purposely go slow! Won't send an item if they don't know what it is? Yet meets all regulations. So cause they don't know what an item is they won't send it! Very poor!
