After hearing some negative reviews I decided to withdraw some funds from my account to see if i accounted any problems
There was none. Money was transferred immediately. I will continue to save with Kroo bank as interest rate is better than my current bank. Would recommend Kroo

All pretty effortless. Straightforward enough and the app works well.

Knocked a star off as no switching service, so any DDs will have to be moved manually. Not sure I can be bothered, so staying with my current provider for day to day banking, and using this as a spare account only

I had an account with this company for just over a year. They stopped my account from working last month with no reason I tryed to contact there support team to again get no reason. A month later they have closed it again with no reason to why. I had money being sent to them within this time which I had to go without until it bounced back. Rang there support again to be given no reason and basically they don't care that I needed my funds

Terrible bank avoid, and look at reviews how many people get their accounts frozen. The bank will not allow people to do what they want with their money I.e. invest in crypto or gamble with their OWN money, who do they think they are. This is a big brother George Orwell style bank!

this bank is not safe. 3 weeks ago my account was hacked, all my money is gone and the bank refuses to refund my money. they keep telling me that it's under review, without the consideration that I am left with no money. other banks would refund you first and then do the investigation.

Terrible Customer Support & Unjustified Payment Hold!

I had a horrible experience with Kroo Bank. A friend sent me £267, and instead of processing it, they put the payment under review and asked me for the sender’s full name. I provided the details immediately, yet two days have passed, and no one has responded!

Their customer support is absolutely terrible—no updates, no clear explanation, and no way to get my money quickly. Why would they even hold a legitimate transfer** like this? This is completely unacceptable for a bank. I regret using Kroo, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values fast and reliable banking.

Avoid this bank if you don’t want unnecessary stress!

Disappointing banking experience. Loads of hoops to junk through to do the simplest thing like change your email. Slow customer service response. No allowance or understanding of the needs of neurodivergent customers. It's not worth the pain for a few extra pennies interest a month interest on a current account.
