If I could give 0 stars I would...

Terrible company, don't give you any notice at all on price increases
This year service charges £1,200, had a letter yesterday for next year a Whole 73% Increase.
I'm filing a formal complaint and will be going to the Legal Ombudsman for this, how in the world can you justify a 73% Increase, absolutely outrageous.
And better still, the letter I've had basically blames the recent budget announcement from the government ? you can't make it up.
Oh they also don't give you any notice and expect you to pay it within 14days, how do you expect people to come up with another £868 within 14days before Christmas, absolute Joke of a company you should be ashamed of yourselves

If your thinking of renting somewhere or buying a flat, ask who the management company is, if its KT MANAGEMENT Stay well away

If I could give 0 stars, I would *SECTION 20 PLEASE READ*

These people have no morals or ethics. If they issue a section 20 DO NOT PAY IT. They are more than likely illegal directors of your building's management company and you should band together with other leaseholders, and have them removed.

Unfortunately, they do not respond to requests to become a director (check the company's articles of association, if you are a leaseholder it is likely to be your right). You will have to take them to a tribunal and they will be forced to resign as director's.

If you have already paid but the S20 works are not yet underway, worry not. They are legally required to hold these funds specifically for their intended purpose, and can be recovered when you force them out as directors, then proceed to fire KT management and elect a more suitable company to fulfil the role.

Get in contact with me on Facebook or something if you want help with it. It's much better than paying what they may demand and I won't try to charge you, their loss is payment enough.

Absolutely terrible management company. Slow at responding to issues. Give the bear minimum or services. I've had to email them and remind them of the laws on testing units. State of the grounds, maintenance, constant emails to remind them. It has taken me 4 years for them to get the residential bin area secured due to fly tipping. Then they find the most cheapest way in trying to resolve the problem without any real thought process as to further issues developing. Would rather have a bunch of monkeys managing the place.... Oh sorry, I forgot..... We have.

A great management company from my experiences of dealing with them over the years. The estate has always been kept in great condition with regular cleaning and maintenance of all the communal areas. Cant really find fault and would highly recommend!

Edit:

Terrible company, will not do an AGM which is overdue, they act as a Director of the company, but shouldnt act and will not resign.

Customer services to be fair are actually quite good, but let down by their accounts and management. Sent an email over 2 weeks ago, and just get the standard... someone will call you next week, but never happens.

Edit- that was only today when i called again. The previous times i was told will be last week and the week before.

One of the Worst management company I have ever seen. They are managing our apartments where I rented in coventry.

Communal door is broken and they said they are replacing the door for the past two years and they didn't do.. Even if we mail them about the incidents they are not worried. They are also not worried about damages caused to the building by strangers.

I strongly don't recommend this company and don't fall in trap

If i could give 0* I would, the staff are terrible took months to investigate a problem to the property building. NOT customer friendly, They wanted a contractor out to the property on their time. When told I was unavailable they simply didn't care. Staff has lied and actually hung up on me. As somebody who is disabled and suffer with chest pains and regular hospital visits, bad anxiety and phycological trauma and advice from my doctor that i need to step away for a little to allow time to heal they didn't care and kept insisting and pushing the visit for their time. The staff are rude, slow at investigating problems, and have no care if your sick and disabled and just hang the phone up on you. And not sympathetic at all when you are alone and have nobody in your life to help you.

Actually the worst company I've ever dealt with. Rude and discourteous. Every interaction seemed on the defensive and aggressive, lacked empathy and understanding, not even professional - very dictatorship and talking down to customers in a disparaging way - poor communication skills from top down. They show no respect or dignity, tone of verbal responses were horrible to experience. They don't take phone calls and record any conversations, then ask you email them they will not listen to peoples issues on the phone (mostly talking over people and short) unless the want to or need to, which often led to delayed responses and slow resolution. Failed to insure a block of apartments allegedly which I pointed out to them from my investigations, then I asked for evidence of insurance, ignored so many requests even though we paid service charges, putting 41 leaseholders at risk and no apology or admission of failings, teflon style, this could have had serious consequences due to professional neglect, no communication was given as to serious implications of such failings and no thank you for pointing out their mistake - still don't know the truth of what happened in the gap of insurance because they never told me. I'm not sure this company has a place in this marketplace when they act like this. I have no regrets in giving my account of my experience, because it's my opinion and the truth. This is the main reason I sold my property so I don't have to deal with them again - in summary, incompetent, unhelpful, risky, unprofessional, arrogant, discourteous, aggressive, defensive, horrible, ill-mannered, disrespectful, uncooperative, lacking basic acceptable communication skills, tyrannical, disgusting customer service/support. I pity anyone who has to deal with them, all they gave me was anxiety and wasted a lot of my energy and made me depressed for months and months. I also pointed out that a Company Annual return was late that they were responsible for filing and they didn't say thanks - the sheer arrogance, ignorance and lack of appreciation. I'm happier now that I have no more dealings with this company - massive relief!!! Only person I respected there was Julie, who was OK on occasions, but I was rarely allowed to be put through to have a conversation as calls rejected or out on visits. On this basis, I would have given NO STARS, but they got ONE STAR only because it would not post my review unless I click ONE STAR, damn! Who else has experienced any of this? If they were courteous and respectful and open and honest, I would have given ONE STAR for real.
