I have rented with them a while now , started with a room and now a flat, and they can’t do enough for me, I ask for something and they always help me, very friendly and very supportive of me, great team and great kind hearted people❤️

I really cannot fault lg James they have always gone above and beyond with me been with them almost 3 years now and I have family members that have been with them longer Lisa and the team are always so welcoming and understanding when times are tough

Absolute disgrace of a ‘company’. Moved into a room with manky walls, floors and blinds. Alerted them and it’s been 9 months and still nothing.

Had to clean under the bed from previous tenants. Surely when moving someone in you make sure it’s to a decent standard. Not these scum bags.

Lisa the director, is rude, a bully and when I first went up she brazenly said ‘ it smells of weed in there by the way’ very professional.

Also they repair nothing, my room mate had his window smashed and it’s been 3 months and still not bothered.

Avoid at all costs. Unless you’re a Romanian couple cos they’ll cram them in. I get it’s a ‘business’ but there is no care for your well being just if you pay and that is it. Disgusting lisa

Where do I begin?

The staff are completely unprofessional. There have been many times we have reported issues with the property we're in, but they don't take any notice, and then blames you for not reporting it. They do not have good communication with one another, and we have also noticed that one of their rules that they like to follow is all staff 'Must Lie' We have caught them lying on many different occasions. We're not the only ones who have mentioned how bad this company is.

We cannot wait to leave this horrible company in the near future.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

One of the most helpful agencies.
My mother is with them for 3 years now
We never had a problem with getting in touch and everytime we need a repair or any help they are acting fast to resolve it . I wish all of the agencies was like that .

Booked a viewing via rightmove for one place in particular at least 5 different times and never got a reply. Phoned them three times to be told “go through rightmove”. Now the place is let agreed. The worst estate agents. Unprofessional, rude to talk to. According to my friends who live in LG James properties they never repair anything anyway.

Where do I begin.....

Lgjames are always helpful and honest. I had some serious financial difficulties with my life and struggled to pay my rent. The people at LGJames helped me with everything. I would give the 5 stars every day of the week. They gave me good advice that has stood me in good stead for the next few years. I will always be grateful to them. Great service, great staff, an office full of smiles!!! Thank you guys 🙂
