ATTENTION ANYONE LOOKING TO STAY IN THE FLAT ON BRUNSWICK HILL WEST READING APARTMENT!

As you can see by the pictures, this is the state of the communal bin cupboard. The bottles have been there for months and the rubbish has been piling up for just as long.

Complaints direct to Airbnb prompted no response or an effort to rectify the appalling state the communal areas are have been left in, even after reassuring us that it would be dealt with. Making it a HEALTH HAZARD for the people that live here.

Tonight was the tipping point as I've had RATS...you have read that correctly...RATS jump out of the bins as I have gone to put them out.

THIS IS BEYOND A JOKE!

I can not stress enough how little they seem to care about other residents who live here on a permanent basis. The blatant disregard is disgusting!

I really hope that this is resolved for any future tenants who decide to live, or take a short a break, in this block of flats.

Lovely clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. Well equipped; washing machine; near shops, eating places and station.
Loved the balcony over looking the canal. Have returned on a number of occasions. Would recommend.
