Arrived slightly late after close (5.32pm) and the staff will still kind enough to reopen to let me send my parcel. Great team and customer service.

Bored of getting there and it is closed for 10 mins (actually 20mins) or post office desk at the front is out of order. But tonight.... the best. Arrived in the shop and the guy is talking on the phone, just says. Its closed. Never known a business that doesn't want to take money.
Please get some enthusiastic evening staff.

I’ve been used Lancing Post Office for ages & the team know me very well due to my constant selling & posting! I often come in multiple times a week with lots of parcels & the whole team are incredible so I think it’s about time I leave a review. Sure, they get very busy & you wouldn't be human if you didn’t find this stressful but they all do their upmost to help & keep the queues down when they’re long (which they often are). Everyone is super helpful & I was really grateful recently when the team ordered me single dollar bills which are quite tricky to get hold of in small dominations. Thank you for all you do, the staff are a credit to this little Post Office & keep it going so well 😊

There is a youngish lady who served me in the actual post office she was quite rude in the way she spoke to me I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING ! Quite abrubtly unnecessary attitude basic rules of customer service are the customer is always right be polite and respectful !! No matter what ( I should point out I merely corrected her on something quite politely ) shame she cannot show the same courtesy !!

The lady who is working at right side counter (counter facing directly to the entrance) of the post office on 12/03/2024 -12:25pm was extremely rude to me without any reasons. She was rude to me since the moment I get in to the shop, as she was not rude to other customers I believe she was so racist. I have never experienced any racism from sussex before as the people of sussex are so generous. I kindly request the authorities to ask her to be polite to the Asians and Africans as well..her behaviour ruined day and I feel so bad after that.

The worst customer service ever. The lady who served me today was rude, obstructive and throughly unhelpful with my request for help and with an attitude of Im doing you a favour mate and dismissed me with no offer of assistance. Does not even deserve 1 star.

I have been living in lancing for awhile now every time I go into this post office the staff are really rude. I stopped going there then went the other day because l was in the area and they haven't changed still rude . Politeness cost nothing I won't be going there again.

I've only started going in more recently as sending Evir parcel. Man called Nathan is super friendly always remembers my name and has a smile on his face 😊.
I used to work in customer service, so I know how it is to put a smile and be polite all day. It's not easy, but Nathan manages to do it effortlessly.
